not bad, the cliff walls could use some touchup and the water isnt supposed to be coming out of that hold in the wall, right?

Haha.. pretty neat. I like it. I think you could use it in a Tomb Raider type map...like where a secret is and you can find shotgun shells, or something like that.

The cliffs are easily blended, i just did it because then you cant walk by it...

Nah, let's talk about this waterfall. I like how the pylon sprite makes it look like the water is glistening on the sides of pool. Also please add some splash effects (dying hallucinated observers, for example) at the bottom of the waterfall.
