well i try to turn light off ( vision whit all people ) but dont work, the probleme is the vision is whit p8 and p7 i cant tunr off because there have buncker down whoe we cant see, so, and whit all that this wont work

this is retarded...i already posted on this to help you and its not here. So i guess ill say it again. Make sure that you unshare vision with all the players including player 7 and player 8. then give a unit to players 9-12 where the toggle lights section is at and share vision with that player so that you can still turn lights back on.
