When they post a map, it's for you to open. Unless if you're psychic (which you're not), you don't
guess what he's doing wrong, suggested what he
probably messed up, and check back later if your intuition was correct.
If you looked at his map, you'd see that his 'lift' location only has Low Ground unchecked. I don't think his tileset even has Low Ground elevation, so he should have at least unchecked Mid Ground as well.
