I beleive it is done under the special ability guardian morph.

yeah but see he does this on every single topic. he tries to lock everything when the conversation is still going which frankly, you can get other questions cleared if you allow the conversation to continue instead of just instantly locking it when there is a solution. there are usually more than one solution so why not leave it open?
