I really don't see a use for this. What will happen when you detect that a unit is disabled? Where will you go from there? Why do you need it anyway?

Also, does EUD conditions crash macs?
Well, theres absolutely no use for it because disabling units require an action. Why not put the action you need in the same trigger.

you can disable barracks by making marine and lifting at same time then clicking the marine while landing. and thats in game

Yes, they do crash macs when conditions are met.
And yes, detecting if a unit is disabled is quite possible.
I'm pretty sure you can detect what state a unit is in(lifted, can't move, cloaked, spell?, etc) using the "Unit Status" conditions in uBeR@TiOn.
