I can't start the winmpq program.. a file is missing.
Vb40032.dll is missing.
Any ideas? i dled from here, and tried from shadowflares realm..
Both times same thing
I downloaded a few times, each time it had same error message

vb40032.dll is a system requirement so its not included in the program
try searching for visual basic runtimes instead of a version of winmpq that comes with it

Download the Visual Basic 4 runtimes.
