As i found no license in my starforge file, i assume i may put it up on my site if i wish, as long as i have the versioninfo.htm in the folder.

I don't mind, but it's probably a better idea to link to the download page on SEN, which is guaranteed to always have the latest version. I've found sites that are still hosting 2.0. I can't keep track of every site that's hosting it to contact them and tell them a new one's out.
