I just thing that admins should know about this "error".

Yeah, that's the error page, but with unprocessed HTML.

SEN went down for a few minutes today, maybe you caught it during that time...

Not that big, It's just because the error page was coming up while SeN came back...

All of these "errors" that SeN has that occur only once and don't reappear after refreshing are server errors. The server most probably went down while giving you the HTML so it only shows the code and doesn't exceute it.
