Ok, never got that problem but where did you put the files? I think the files you downloaded should be in Starcraft and/or Starforge folder in Programs Files.

Well im sure it doesnt have to be program files/starcraft, but mine IS in program files/starforge.

Make sure u downloaded it from this website.
And if u installed all necessary programs as well, your computer has something wrong with it, probably

Ok umm either u messed with the starforge file or you unzipped the files to wrong place.
~If you messed with starforge files well uninstall and reinstall.
~~Unzipped to wrong place well it says where to unzip to and I dont know what kind of computer you have so can't help you with that.
~~~none of that works then I don't know but redownload the visual and other thing. Also did u dl the third file.
Required OCX and DLL files should not be in /Program Flies/Star*. They should be in C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM (varies based on OS).
It sounds like you tried to run Starforge out of the .cab file. Don't do that. Unzip the contents of Starforge.zip to a folder somewhere, and then run setup.exe. This time, when it asks you where to find its data files, look in c:\program files\starforge\data.
Might want to fix your english before you fix starforge.
Or just download SCMD zero installation required and its a better editor.
Watch out -- whenever you say that a band of SF zealots jump on you, the thread gets locked, and the stigma of saying that SCMD2 was better gets attached to you forever.
Needless to say that's not what the thread's about.
...but 100% agreed. If you don't need quick color inserts and an SF-style trigger editor (sort of a combo between SCXE/TrigEdit), use SCMD2 because it excels in everything else.
I just hate the concept of it without AutoComplete/other crap making it much easier.
So I really don't like TrigEdit too. However, there's Classic TrigEdit, which I do like.
There's a whole DLDB and an SCMDraft subforum on this website...
...but here's a link anyway.
