Look at the bottom left of the page. There's a small drop-down box that says "Moderation Options". Lock Topic is one of the options.

Oh please, i hope you take this feature away from regular members or something... People keep locking active topics because it didnt turn out "how they wanted it too."

Im not going to use it for a stupid idea like that. I want to lock my UNACTIVE topics. Im not a retard.

Inactive topics are automatically locked a week after the last post (well, it may have been 2 weeks. I forget).
