A new map I just finished. Comments and suggestions welcomed. You can DL it at

My main complaint is the beginning base structure, with the ridge surrounding it, and with only the one enterance. Its so commonly used... and unorigionality bugs me.
Other then that, seems fine. A tad big for a 1v1, perhaps. Then again, perhaps the image link doesn't work, as I can't get a good SS view of the map.
Well, I guess when it comes to making maps, I get stuck on being too standard at times. And this map can't be too big. It's only 96x128. Besides, your map is 128x128.
First of all, its only 128x96... I think. Second of all, hard to tell from such a tiny image, and I didn't DL the map yet.
Well now I can see the image at last... so I was wrong -_-
Perhaps resources are a bit too... available?
Terran will own too hard in this game unless you put in a lot of unbuildable ground. Blue is more easily cliffed, and yet it's harder to go down that ramp (restricted unit flow). Overall I like the map, but Terran can shoot into the Protoss base from any angle, seems unfair to me. But I don't play PvT, so take this advice with a grain of salt.
This seems to force Zerg to go one base lurkers because of those impossibly difficult to defend expansions. If there were one right near the entrance to the main that would give Zerg some choice. The way your map is now, Zerg are pretty much screwed. Again, take this advice with a grain of salt.
-Moved gas expo to below high ground.
-Added more unbuildable terrain.
-Removed the outpost in the middle
Reminds me ALOT of your XenoTwisted...
You need unbuildable terrain also, maybe add another layer of thin cliff wall around the mains so terran dont own big time.
To make it completely unrigged for terran, you would probably need a third layer... or just make it water. Pretty much any ridge like that can be taken advantage of by terran... not very good advice
I think ridge is alright, seeing as how T would still need detection to see over it as if it were high ground and you can just move units over since it is right next door to your base. And how much for unbuildable terrain are you suggesting? Luna style or what? I think it already has a lot of unbuildable terrain.

I admit I did not really look at it, the screen shot was small and it seemed close to me. But you should not talk to me about "good advice" because quite frankly I haven't seen you show any bit of knowledge about SC.
I didn't look at the second pic too much in-depth so i didn't notice all that, I guess its ok, but I, being a protoss player prefer big, unbuildable centers.
I'm allowed to state my opinion. You can't stop that, no matter how much flaming and cursing you attempt.
-Removed islands in corners.
-Made corner expos non-cliffed.
-Fixed mineral only problem.
Note: Second gas expo has only 2,000 gas in it.
Changes good? Bad? Also, I will try to make my next map less like XenoTwisted Yenku.
