According to Bennet he believes that if we aborted black children, that the crime rate would go down. What do you believe?


He is not serious about aborting the children, he just announced it on his radio show

This is like eugenics and I find the idea of aborting black children stupid.

Black people ain't no worse than us. They are normal like us but different in some ways. So, my answer would be no.

The only reason that the crime rate for black people is higher for white is because some stupid white hicks decided to not give them a proper education, not let them do anything as good as whites, and discriminate them altogether. Which sent alot to poor communities known as the 'hood.'

well many african american students decide to drop out of high schools, or other schools all together and live a life of drugs and crime.

If they only knew that if they played sports they would kick all our asses, then they would go to college....../sarcasm

This coming from William Bennett doesn't surprise me at all. What does surprise me is that he let this kind of thing slip, on national radio at that.

Well, not only the fact that he said that on a National Radio, he said it and never really apologized for it. In my opinion, I bet he would allow people to abort African-American children. I bet you a dollar he is racist...

Like DTBK said, its not the fact that theyre black, its the neighborhoods they live in.

Yeah you don't really see white people living in those kinds of places coming out any better. Check out the American Nazi website for some predictions about what the blacks will do to us. It's so true! /sarcasm.

What we really need to do is spend exorbitant amounts of tax money on places like those to clean them up and improve them. If the national debt takes a pounding (much more than it has), so be it. At the very least we'll be in a position to make up that money then when the un-employment rate is much lower and welfare is no longer a concern. If we encourage not-outsourcing the world will be much better for it. Sure, some Taiwanese and Vietnamese workers will be down $0.25 a day, but we must retain our ability to help those people. We cannot allow the United States to spiral down to complete and utter bankruptcy. In America we spend way too much money on the wrong things. The rich should be taxed more for the poor, but instead of giving the money directly to those people, we could actually improve their communities where it would be useful.

Tax the rich more? The rich move to another country. They can do that very easily - they're rich!

Anyway, yes, he is suggesting a horrible thing. BUT, would it work? Probably. This is where you'd have to decide if the ends justify the means. If there were no blacks, would any racial tension exist in that area? Nope, we'd have all black racism eliminated. But, being human we'd turn on another race anyway or some other form of discrimination. Food for thought, food for thought.

It's sad the way humans treat eachother. I read this article about how we should take lessons from kindergartener's. It made a lot of sense, and I really think we should go by that. I'll try and dig it up some where. If I am able to find it that is.

I think allowing aborting for a black child would be a rather good thing to do. Less black people! Common, what more can you ask for?

P.S. -- I am not a racist! I'm just being realist. You can't deny the fact that if you drop a certain "race"'s (though I hate to call them that) birth rate, their number will go down!

Not only is that racist, it also doesn't really make sense, as it does not take into account a probably rise in crime were ANY people to be prevented from having children, the crime? Illegally having children.
This dude just didn't make sense at all.

It's just common sense. Less people. Less crime. It could have been anyone. But it's just easier to blame the Black people!

That's like saying that killing asiatic children would lower the global IQ.

You'd be surprised to see how a reputed psychologist stated, on the nationnal public TV, that black people had a much lower IQ than the average person. Live. On television.

And he was actually debating his idea. It was funny.

And we just stay there and ignore the real problem...

The fact is if we took out black children, some other culture would take its place and start stealing. Besides, that would just be wrong sending away a minority for suspicion that'd they do bad things when they grow up.
