Not sure if this should be in null, or here, but whatever.
Anyway, everytime I try to upload a new avatar from my computer, the old one comes back, I tried removing it, then rebooting, then uploading the new one, but it just comes back.
Problem isnt the size, im sure of it.
Uploading URL does work, btw.
Anyone know what the problem is?

It's your cache. It will refresh it every time. You need to let yoru avatar load fully, wait 5 seconds and it will change.
