All of these images taken by me, rendered by me and/or photoshop'd by me, except for some stock photo's in the highly photoshopped ones.
Notes:
"Eye of a Tiger" is my cat
"Plasma Stream" is a stream in my backyard!
"Links of Fire/Ice" the only difference between the two images is color inversion, image was pieced together from a chain on a bench combined with a few ocean spray pictures off of some rocks and few others for texture.
"RedX" is not a render.
"It's Purple" is a hue shift of a flower in backyard.
"Winter Wonder Land" was shot in the middle of summer, the plan just looks like that O.o
"Chalkboard Dragon", an image I drew on white piece of paper !

What programs do you use to render?
I really don't like the Calgary ones, because Edmonton is obviously a much better city

lol, damn Edmontonians.
The puck, "complex within", and "djsammysnake" images done with 3D studio max.. I am a complete newb when it comes to rendering software though since I learn programs from only from the interface .. Learning complicated rendering programs requires a book IMO. The very fact that those renders look as good as they do is due to alot of fiddling with settings I don't know about .. and looking how they affect the render.. hah.

Those are pretty cool. I really liked the dragon one. The one of the cat's eye was also cool. The various effects really put a mood in them.
