It's a sprite in Starforge, and maybe SCM Draft (unsure 'cause I've never used either). More specifically, it's called "eldfire"
Also, can you consider not capitalizing every word?

Maybe there should be an ALL CAPS STICKY for the things people ask a lot (like this)? The "terrain tips" is more of a general thing for tilesets and the stuff in the effects list isn't really what people seem to inquire about.
