When I Go To Start WinMpq it says "Failed to start because Vb40032.Dll was not found.
When I try to start Arsenal3 it says "Failed to start because Excal.dll was not found".
When I go to start Binedit it says Failed because vb40032.Dll is missing.
When I go to start Ice it says "Access violation at address 004A9CO9 in module Ice.Exe. Read of address 00000000 but than starts up.
When I try to start up LoEdit Vb40032.Dll is missing Again.
When I try to start ScriptEdit Vb40032.Dll is missing again.
When I try to start StarExeHack Vb40032.dll is missing again.
When I Try To Start TblPad Vb40032.dll is missing again.
Could I just google the required files?

ahh yes that same thing was happening to me when I was trying... I got the required file... let me see if I have it on my computer. ahh sorry I got rid of it but someone should have it here. really what you need is visual basics 4 or sumthing like that.

I remember reading that if you un-install and then re-install A3, it sometimes fixes that problem.
