I guess you can, unless the data files for the Mac distro of SC are structured in a different way than the Win ones. AZ is just C++ so you should have little or nil problems with it.

I already posted some of the programs you can use for mac modding (but I couldnt find a replacement for MPQDraft)

Well if you search on the Mac tools section of the download database you will found Mpq draft,Mpq Framework,dropMpq,IceCC,Tbl Editor and Arzenal Zero.And for the Staredit one there is Starfire

Note:I am not a MAC user so I don't now if those will work.Hope that help
