ok this is jsut kinda a question how can you play a modded map with other people and more importantly is there a way to make a map with mods as part of the map??

You just need the other person to have the mod loaded too. And for the modding and mapping, you can but you need to run the mod for it to work.

I think some mod files will work for all players in a game I might be wrong tho but doesnt weapons work for all players?

No, if 1 player has a modification and the others don't the person with the modification on just gets dropped. With EUD actions you could in effect modify the game, but it was patched.

ya i know EUD actions were a huge break through for map makers but had to be patched
