COuld some one explain to me how to use the Unsupported Trigger Pack's Disable Anything doodad trigger?....Says I can disable all buildings and units.. I tried disabling the Pylon.. Game crashed.

Can't help you here, try PM'ing millinium or any other good mapper thats maps use this trick.

Some things you just can't disable. Simple as that.

you basically could disable everything, but some of the things you disable cause crashing

you can and it might work if you do it some other ways.
like getting a cloaked lurker by not making it a crazy lurker. it is possible!

yeah but your getting problems up the ying-yang trying to get it to work. Yes you can disable anything and everything but not everything that you disable is stable. Someone should make a list of units/buildings that are stable/unstable when you disable the doodad state for it. Maybe i will happy.gif

i'm looking at starforge while doing this
this list is only for units i have disabled
They include The Hero
Marine
Ghost
Siege tank(tank mode)
Science Vessel
Barracks
Factory
Bunker
Ion Cannon
Refinery

Protoss
Robotics F (RP)
Photon cannon (RP)
Cyb Core (RP)
khaydarin (or whatever is named) formation

Zerg
Egg(does not include lurker but i think it can)
Spire
Extractor
Creep Colony

all the beacons
dunno about doors oh yeah they get closed or open
traps = same as doors
khaydirian (w/e) crystal

RP stands for the building that need to be need a pylon = powered up
most of them will crash if you see when they are beign disabled
hmm that's all i can remember but now u gave me work to do i'll make a list with all the units --Coming Soon-

there is more units to disable.
this is all he knows.

heres my list that hasnt been mensioned.
all gas from terryn, zerg, protoss.
all mineral chunks.
all power ups. well i dont know about flag.
all critters.
SCV.
drone.
all tanks.

Science Vessel and Refinery crashes i tested. supply depot also works. Engineering bay also...works. The nuclear silo, control tower, and machine shop work.

Make a non-vision area meaning put map revealers for p8 everywhere except 1 spot. Then do turn off vision for p1-6 and turn on vision for p8 then in the dark area. Disable the unit you want, then teleport it. But i am not sure, I have a map that shows exactly how to disable, the map disables lings here it is just incase im wrong.

Refinery, my mistake i got confused to sprites when i did this but science vessel it is disable-able you just have to wait a couple of time like 10 seconds or so i can't really remember ...i just tested and it does disable to me biggrin.gif wait the 10 seconds i said it cloaks plus it creates a rock sprite and the turret disappears

theres not i looked. The closest thing is the map download but thats kind of a pain when your in the middle of making a map.

on the moveable units, did you use the trigger to disable them and force them to move for every men?

also does it crash on any terrian level like.
if i disable a unit that can crash when i see, and i put that on high terrain. and i use a marine to walk by the cliff. do i still crash when there is a fog over it?

a drone does work when you do the disable enable enable move trigger.
but you have to do it in a corner.
