When you look at StarForge you notice that when you make terrian that you can make it all come out in a 1x1 square. How do you do this in SCM Draft. It only makes in come in those normal sizes, just like what staredit does. I don't want to use StarForge for that it is known for putting some odd bugs in maps sometimes and I dont want that in my map. Can someone help me out on this one?

Go to the terrain layer. There should bea dropdown box that says "Isometrical." Go to this and change it to "Tile Index." Now you can place individual tiles like in StarForge.
