you can have a determinated switch to create a unit in and then just switch randomly or else if you want an easier way but less variable you can just have an invisible unit(means burrowed, cloaked, p. cloaked)to constantly be moving on those locations and make a trigger so when the unit is on a determinated location it creates your unit there...kinda random but you will still have a pattern to move the Invisible unit

the only thing I can say to this is to use triggers and go by what the tutorial says. I know the tutorial works so you should not have any problems making and using the tirgger.

I don't really like those methods, so if you want some more help with it just tell me, and I'll help you.

I know it is long but it does work, you just have to follow it step-by-step. I know it works because I used it before and it worked for me.

You read the tutorial, then you think of a way to shape that tutorial to the thing you want to do. The tutorial just talks about running random triggers. You make the random triggers work with your "Random Spawn" idea.

If you have a new question, make a new topic.

How many locations do you want?

If you want a working example map:

In my Majesty RPG, there is a random monster generation trigger sequence, listed under P6, ">>Monster Spawns>>>>".

While it does not create the Monsters at ANY random location, it still does randomize 2 things: IF a monster spawns, and WHICH monster spawns.

Which is example enough. If you use your brain, you can morph the triggers he uses to randomize his things to fit your own map. Instead of creating a monster you create whatever it is in location whatever.
