No. People with slower connections don't want to download a 3MB picture just because it looks cool. Try saving it as a PNG or JPG (Not in MSpaint.. it will screw it up) in infraview or another program. That will reduce size but will keep most quality.

You want bigger files, put them on your own server. Even then, we still won't allow anything huge.
