i made a map with neutral player and i could give the move order as long as one of the Main Player owns the triggers.

player 1-8 has to own the ai-script.

player 1
condition: always
action: run ai script(x);

note: the ai scripts don't effect human players only computer players,

so try setting players 9-12 as a computer.

Look.

p1 human
p2 neutral
p3 computer (so you can run the map)

It just shows that neutral player doesn't run AI for himself.

Then it just means you can't. Neutral players are pretty worthless in my opinion.

meh. they help in getting rid of a player's stuff when they leave. although, that is something that starcraft should do automatically. i think generals did it. either that or red alert 2. i haven't touched a westwood-based game in a year or two...

what you could do is just have them move in random directions by randomizing some switches and have the units move to a location based on the randomization.
