meh why dont you just use a beacon as throw ball its one of thoes beacon thats acctually move able... i forget which one though...
You're probably talking about Flag Beacons with that "place cop" command (or w/e it was called)
Although the only problem I see with that is whether or not you can place the beacon below a unit to target, otherwise, you'd have to place that beacon further than the target (assuming it's standing still).
COPs only last for first 10 minutes of the game. To make the explosions follow the ball you just have a location follow it and you make it create and kill a science vessel (or other units for different explosions). then you need a VERY short wait so that the explosion is always just behind the ball. Like 50 miliseconds. As for the ball moving. If you don't want to see anything then you would use an observer and make it move across. If you want to see it then you would probably use a scourge.
well you can do COP... location follow COP and then when like it moves make like a scourge blah cant spell go to the COP and with some location following scourge.. and make it explode at that location..
and make it so then your scourge goes to your allys location it pops and he dies...
or if it goes to the COP's location make the COP return this could all work by putting conditions like if you control the scourge or not... and stuff
its real simple

maybe i wanna make a dodge ball game.. well there already is enough

Like i said before, COPs only last for 10 minutes before the command is disabled. But then again, dodge ball games DO last for less than 10 minutes so maybe it is a good idea.
It is a lot like a bound except the "obstacles" go off when someone steps into a location.
Basically a "Bring" condition with a "Create, Kill, Wait" series of actions.
i dont get it... can someone explain that better to me?

You can use my tournament version for reference.
I made this a long time ago and it is the way they did it.
