You have to become level 1 member.
You are level 0 now, see 0 green bars.
I am level 6, see 6 green bars.
Post to gain levels.

You need 5 or more posts and its My Controls > Edit Profile info > Custom Member Title

Go to "My Controls" at the top right of the site. Scroll down and look on the left hand side you will see Edit Profile Info. Click on that. And then in the Custom member title box you can edit that to whatever you want.

But you might not have it because it requires a certain amount of posts before you can use that. I think it was 20......
