I found that I could click the veiw results button, where I would see the results of the poll. Then leave and come back (or hit the back button) and vote. Basically I think that you should not get to see the results of the poll (by clicking on show results) and then be able to vote on the poll. Most likely it would scew up the outcomes of the votes. Just a small bug I saw.
I never noticed, but it does seem reasonable that you should make it either illegal to vote after you've seen the results or to not let u see the results unless you vote..
The arguement to the first one, is, that you don't get a chance to vote if you've seen the result which could be unfair if you don't know that that rule exists, or otherwise.
Yes, I think that seeing what the results are is wrong. It can totally interfere with what decision will be made by the person. Maybe after the results, have an "abstain" option. And after they click the abstain, they can view the results but not vote. The abstain should have a number of votes too.
Why count a vote that isn't something?
This bug should be fixed. I agree that it could be used to screw up the results of a poll.
