This is my second UMS map.
In this game, you have to defend a terran base for a random time( always within an hour) until reinforcements to arrive. To win, you have to completely destroy the zerg hive.
features:unlimited & instant upgrade
zergs will turn on each other if their cerebrates are killed
no air units can get past the inner defenses
zerg heros are EVIL(very hard to kill)
get new troops with every 100 kills
get 2 marines every two minutes

Maybe if you describe it a little better it might seem better to us. In my mind I'm visualizing something that looks pretty cool, but what you have is probably completely different. Post some screenshots and give us more info . I need a website that will let me upload PCX files...

Zergs attack you base every minute. and protect the BC at all cost, since it's the only place where rhe base gets their reinforcements.
Note: Broodlings are EVIL in this game. 400 dmg >:-)
All you really have to do is kill their cerebrates to unleash total chaos. funny how they all turn on each other when their base are stuck as one.

Looks better i thought before... Do you get heros? or just regular men?
You get heros. Your hero marine is the squad leader. if he dies you lose.
you also get some regular troops.
It was too hard if you got regualr men. they died too fast.
And remember to defend the communications array. IF it dies, you don't get your battlecruiser reinforeements.
EVERY zerg hatchery/lair/hive has to be destroyed for you to win.
Quite lame, over and over idea reused. Good luck with it anyways...

Map is for 5 players.
The computer masses your comptuer ally's base and tries to kill the leader.
ah i see any spells you plan on using? and etc... it accutally would be cool if its kinda like helms deep but you only play the heros and no one really plays the army..

I changed the bots to insane level so they'll use strategy against you now. front outpost will be overrunned within a minute and enough zerg will get through to still threaten the communications array.
upgrades are still 255 and instant.
Zerg hp and attack have ben increased so it will be harder to defend the base.
The only way you can win if the communications array is destroyed is to kill the cerebrates. The zergs will turn on eachother, allowing you to attack them while they are weak.
damn i dont wanna sound like an --- not sure if im allowed to say that word on here so i wont
anyway, the idea of the map, so its like, only for one human player? if so that kinda l4m3 >< i like maps with competition and strategy, a more complex general concept and layout that looks like it took moer than 5 minutes to create >< i also love special effects and humor
however, i see none of that in this map.....
