Whenever i change the name of archons in my map Engineering Bays get that name too. When i use the string editor in starforge there is only one string with the name.

Use string editors like PROEdit or Uberation and select the Unrecycle String function.

I downloaded PROEdit and tried to use the unrecycle string function. I still get the same problem though.

Use SCMDraft2 to change the name of one of them.
