Just draw a circle and some other circles overlapping and you'll have eyes.

Eyes are easy. Just draw a circle, fill in the top half with black (leave a small white space in there), leaving the bottom half of the pupil exposed. Draw a few dashes to give shading to a black and white pic, like so...

If doing color, then start with the lightest eyecolor at the bottom and make it get darker as it goes up to the black part...
