OMFG it won't work i have VB4 and every thing but it just won't work it says can't register MSCOMCTL.OCX GDI what am i missing!! plz help asap

I put MSCOMCTL.OCX in my attachment.Unzip it and put MSCOMCTL.OCX under C:\WINDOWS\system32(I found it there).Hope that help
