This idea is similar to the Trigger generating function.
Basically, it is a template for people too lazy to create their own map descriptions. This way, newbs have no excuse that their topics aren't read by anyone, except that the map is just plain old bad.
This color scheme just goes with the site, it should probably be changed for individual visual effects:

Because RPGs on average have the most elements.

This is also good for Defense maps and Movie maps because it explains what the game is about and what you do in the defense. The movie map would be explained with a summary.

You should add a Version section... where we put our beta-test results and patch and up-to-date files and all the versions with news of our game!
