Hello, i made my own custom portrait but it doesnt work. Here's what i did:
I converted firebats portrait to bmps, and edited them with photoshop. Then converted them back to smks. (i used RADtools) when i open the smks the animations are ok, but when put them in my mod, there's no portrait (see atachment)
Maybe anyone knows whats the problem? Maybe i have to change some settigns in RAD video tools when converting?..

well did you make a *.mpq with the edited
files in there under the right folders?

Yes it's not a first portrait i change, others work, it just the first portrait i made myself so i think i have to change sth in RADtools but i dont know what..

What palette is used for your modified portrait? SC can accept only 256-color palettes if memory serves me well...

How can i check that? i only know that i used 24bit depth....

K i have found where to adjust that and i set it to 8bit (256 color) but it still doesnt work...
Any other suggestions?

I tested his mod and i'd say its quite good total convertion, and it has a bounch fcool ideas
you could even get yourself in the credits section
