I am trying to finish my one map and the Nuking system is getting on my last nerve and it is not working. I didn't see a tutorial on this topic so I am coming here for help. I need player 7(computer player) to make its own nuke by using the AI script. I am having it so that when I certain tank goes into siege mode that the destination of the nuke will center on the tank, remove the tank, place a ghost (player 7 computer player) at that destination, and nuke that destination for the nuke silo. This might seem easy but this is not working out to well. Here is what the triggers kind of look like...
Trigger
Players:
¤ Player 7
Conditions:
¤ Always
Actions:
¤ Run AI script of filling nuke silos type 1 at "Nuke Silo"
¤ Preserve Trigger

Trigger
Players:
¤ Player 7
Conditions:
¤ Player 1 (human player) bring "at least" "1" "Nuke" (this is the special tank sieged) to "Nuke Destination" (this is where the nuke missile will land)
Actions:
¤ Remove "1" "Nuke" at "Nuke Destination" for "Player 1"
¤ Create "1" "Ghost" for "Player 7" at "Nuke Destination"
¤ Run AI "Nuke Here" at "Nuke Destination"
¤ Preserve Trigger

I made all of the costs for the nuke for player 7 to be 0 minerals and only take a second to make. On the second trigger, I get to the point where the Tank is destroyed and the Ghost is created but then nothing else happens... Can you guys help me out on this one?

Did you try searching "Nuking" in "Text"?

QUOTE
- Nuking -
*Use the direct "Build nuke at location" AI to force the computer to build a nuke in a silo (I don't think your suppose to preserve this trigger that this AI is in)
*With a nuke ready now use the "Target nuke at location" AI to force the computer to use one of its ghost to target the first unit that gets in its way with a nuke (you can preserve this trigger)
*A ghost will target invincible units with a nuke despite the fact the nuke won't even hurt it
*Sometimes even what the computers default race can matter to get this to work so set it to terran if it doesn't seem to work with the others

Ah......... no. I did what the thing said and it is still not working. I reset my hyper triggers like you said to me in another topic and I don't know what is going wrong...

Im not sure, but i think a ghost cannot nuke himself. Try creating the ghost before removing the tank.

I did that as well. The ghost is not "attacking" itself. I am giving it a direct order to attack at the certain location
