The $400 one comes with a hard drive and wireless controllers, according to my friend.

$400 one comes with much more stuff that would cost more than the $100 difference in the packages.

But, unless you preordered it (And in some places, even if you did), you probably wont get it for $300 or even $400. There's a huge shortage, some places prices have rose some $200 or more on almost every package.
