I got this question from this tutorial http://www.staredit.net/index.php?tutorial=51 which shows how to make the invisiable bunkers but the units are still at the same place.
•Can you stack the bunkers once they are moved so that you can save space in the map?
•Could do delete the bunkers after they are moved?

You can place prestacked Norad II as replace them with the moved bunkers to stack them.

Why Norad II? Why can't they just be moved up there or even deleted?

It's a glitch in SC engine where when you move a bunker, the units inside still fire from where the bunker originally was. Deleting the bunker will still either drop the units or kill them (I'm sure one of them will happen but I didn't test it).
Norad II because it's a special unit so you won't have to worry about it messing with everything else. You can also use any build that is the same size as a bunker (Cybernetics, Academy, etc).

Deleting the bunker if it is enabled makes just the bunker go away. I am going to have to look into the stacking of bunkers to see what i can come up with.

I don't remember anyone ever telling you to delete the bunkers...
