Well, I just got Photoshop CS2, and I am a little flustered by the upgrade from MS Paint. 
Are there any good web tutorials, or things of that sort?
Mainly because I want to start making a few things with Photoshop, I jst don't know where to start.

I make everything with the GIMP. Photoshop just has some extra features. GIMP has all the core stuff you need, without the hefty price tag.

Advice: Get some good brushes.
Fool around with it, press buttons and see what they do. That's how I learned GIMP.

Why dob't you experiment with Photoshop's URL?
If you are lazy: photoshop.com, and it automaticly redirects you!
