How can I emulate a Protoss voice from a recorded wav of my own voice?

Audacity is extremely flexible and powerful, and is completely free.
You should try out the settings to make a Protoss voice yourself though, it'd be fun and educational.

That program is fun to use. The only bad thing is that you can not export the MP3s without a certain program and I don't know where to find that certain program...

Somethine like a .de file that goes into the library and then it is turned into a MP3. I got it to work now.

Be careful if you want to remix some songs. The way of selecting the parts of the song you want to change is really odd and kinda confusing...

It's like this.
-Record your voice
-Reduce the pitch a bit (around 10).
-Revert the track (yes, revert)
-Apply Echo with a delay of 0.1 and a factor of 0.5
-Re-revert the track
-Done!

The pitch should be -10.
And here is one of the wav's I've been recording. The character is named Colovan and says:
"All ships in the area, this is Colovan. We need help to defend from an overwhelming Zerg force. Anyone can reach us?"
