how do u make it so when a player wont place a beacon somewhere else?
u know like make it stay where it is?

dont use flag beacons use normal ones

I think disabling the beacon works too but I can't be certain.

He means placing flag beacons.

First off, this option (Place CUP or suttin? I don't know what the letters are either) only appears on flag beacons. If you use normal beacons, this won't appear. Also, the option to move the beacon goes away after 10 minutes.

A second solution would be to give the flag beacon to player 12; this way, the player has no control over it.

If you want the players to still see it, you could either..

1. place a flag, map revealer, or some other sort of unit at the beacon.
2. If there is only 1 flag beacon on the map, just move the flag beacon back to it's starting location with a trigger.
3. If there is more than 1 flag beacon on the map, create a location around every single flag beacon. If one of these locations doesn't have a flag beacon in it, remove all flag beacons and recreate them all.

He's talking about place COP, here are all the ways to avoid players placing COP
1. Give the beacons to player 12 as soon as the game starts, they will retain their color but not belong to players
2. Use disabled flag beacon sprites instead of real flag beacons.
3. Don't use flag beacons.
4. Have a computer player own the flag beacons (either given at start to p12 or just belonging to a computer).
5. Have a trigger constantly moving all flag beacons back to where they should be (only works well if you have 1 flag beacon, or you have a complex triggering system to return beacons)
