Information
This is a GT inc. Production map that is fully created by me, Joshgt2. I had gotton the idea of this map from Speed_limit's map series of Maze Defense. This map is based off of the style of building a supply depot, acadamy, or armory and you get the result of a bunker filled with a certain type of unit depending on the building you just built. I made the terrain from scratch but it looks like the middle of the map is the same, but it isn't. I have ideas that I have gotton from looking in these forums and on battle.net to put into my defense that I am currently making. This map must be played online or on some type of multiplayer selection. Single player may not be used due to the cheats that could be used in the map. I hope you enjoy the map!


Specifications

Players:
•1-4: Play by yourself or with 2,3, or 4 people in this defense. This system that I have made for this will make it so that even once someone is banned you can still play the map. When playing by yourself, remember to play in a multiplayer mode. This is required.

•Hyper Triggers that never end and speed up trigger actions and conditions.

•Dark Swarm clicking system (cast to click)
•Ability to choose on either stacking or not stacking bunkers

When I say 3 different tilesets I mean that in the different versions that will be coming out. Each of the 3 tilesets will have its own player colors, since each tileset has different ones, and each will have different music. The reason that there are 3 tilesets options is so that people can pick which one they like the most. Plus it is fun in SCM Draft to change the tileset to something else and that is it with only a click of a botton. I am going to post a screen shot of the map but I need to finish the terrain on it. I got the most of it done but since there is a lot of controls in the map I need to finish things up a bit.

So that is the only reason why you posted here? LOL
This map looks a lot like Maze Defense but nothing close to it when in the game. Ya sure the bunkers are all the same but what defense map do you know that at the begining of the game can turn the map into a splash or a regular defence? Even if there is a map already like that, it will have a hard time beating this.

Terrain looks a lot like Maze Defense... only track move around a bit.... I think you need to branch out a little more.

The terrain is the only thing like Maze Defense. I couldn't think of much to do with any other terrain so this is what I came up with. This is the only thing that is like the map though.

I don't know when the playable version will be out. I am also not going to promis a version release date either for the fact that I want to make sure I did the best job I could on this map.

W00T!! i beat the version of you map up there on solo it was pretty good i almost lost there at the end lol but the adavacned bunks are kinda a rip off they dont do much more dmg then the non advanced ones and they cost alot more then the non advanced

The map is coming along quite good. Although it looks a little too much like Maze Defence to me. Not saying that it's not good, but i think it needs more origionality. I like the level difficulty rating, and dark swarm casting system, that hasn't been used a lot. But i think you should add something more like playable like a new way to defend that hasn't been used. Im not saying i want you to change all the things you have now but maybe add something in besides Acadamy,Depo,Armory, it's a little too "common".

IDEA

For each enemy spawn make like about 3 paths. Make the enemys randomly choose which path to travel across, so you have to build more defences around the maze or else you would lose. And don't make them all join up at the end either or else player could just build one at the intersection and it would ruin the random paths. Maybe you could make the paths "Tree" out. That would be pretty cool and challenging. Lol i like this idea. I might use it myself biggrin.gif But u can use it if u like it. Anyways, good luck on the map it looks like its coming along good.

You mean Maze Defense? That is only the terrain that you are seeing... I like that idea. I think I am going to expand on that idea though and make it more than what you said. I will thank you a lot for it though.

its not just terrain the only thing differnt really is the lurker and the advanced bunker but if you use either of those you loose the way to win is just get the reg bunker of ghost and upgrade like crazy and thats exacly waht you do oon all the other maze defences.....

so yea its pretty much exacly like the other one....im not sayin it sucks...just you need to improve it more
