yeah i agree the one on the top is better
the one with 2 pictures is crowded you should stick with 1 style
the one you have on now doesnt have the best color combo and the compression screwed it up.

I think the top one and the third one with the text might go well together. But remember about the limited space in your sig. No bigger than 100kbs and no bigger than 600 x 200.
