I was just wondering how do u get a topic pinned? do you have to be an administrator or something? or do u submit one? or post it, and it gets pinned or wat? im just wondering cause lots of different people have pinned topics
also, wat are the qualifications of a topic to be pinned? i know it has to be helpful in some way

A moderator has to pin it, as for why topics are pinned, it ranges from regulations for a subforum to general useful information. In the showcase forum, there are plans to pin a map each week/month/other time period for some mineral amount.
