The title says it all. What editor do you use when making your terrain?
The only thing I could use is starforge, but its quite hard to find matching terrain when doing that beach thing from Voidarchon. How about a short tutorial tongue.gif

I'm using Starforge when I make my terrain.

I use SCMDraft2 for the "layout" of my preset terrain, then Starforge since the terrain pallet is bigger to finish it off.

SCMDraft, the pallet can be stretched to the size of the starforge one FYI

SCMDRAFT all the way. Until triggers...

Nowadays the only time I use Starforge is for semi transparent brushes.

So yeah, SCMDraft.

I use Starforge for any extended terrain, I don't do that often though. In my opinion other than extended terrain Starforge is a pretty crappy editor. That's just my opinion though.

I just got SCM Draft tonight...I'll never touch SCXE again. SF for terrain, SCMD for unit placement, and SF for trigs. Hawt.

SF's ISOM Editor is really shizty though. SCM Draft 2 is my favorite editor for melee, random minerals and the zoom features, combined with different sizes of ISOM terrain make it ownage smile.gif. It's the only editor I know of with zoom and random minerals. I use SCXE for triggs simply because I'm used to it, for those of you who say SCM Draft 2 has one that is exactly the same, that's not true it's enough different that it takes me longer to do triggs with it.

Funny enough, it dosen't work on my computer. SCMDraft 2's pallet is smaller... confused.gif

Well learning SF's triggers would take some extra effort that I don't want to put out. SF's ISOM is undeniably shizty. SF does do rectangular terrain well though. An annoying feature of SF is that it bugs you about players without start locations until you either make them inactive or place start locations for them. SCM Draft 2 has a small tile palette which I can also not expand on my computer, so to me it's better for ISOM. Then I like SCXE for triggers just because I'm used to it. smile.gif, [lame=high]I think you should all adopt my beliefs smile.gif or you go to hell!!![/lame]
