Staredit Network -> UMS Assistance -> EUD Triggers?

I've been gone from SC for quite a bit (3 months maybe?). Anyways, I've been hearing mixed things about the EUD triggers, and I was just wondering, have they been enabled again?

Only the EUD action triggers were disabled, the conditions were not.
Actions are not back, conditions never left.

At one point there was an EUD Enabler program but it has been discontinued.

i cant even be bothered saying

the actions were disabled, the conditions werent, and are not going to change from that for a long time
