I think pretty much all of SEN knows me, that's because i'm not new. I just have a question. The question is: Are members like allowed to put on "Pinned: [Name]" topics on forum categories? When you enter the forum, you see these pinned topics. Am I and other members the same rank as me be able to post Pinned: [name] topics?

Putting "Pinned:" in front wont do anything, but if you mean pinning your topics then no, only the staff can do that.
