Is it normal to get this? What is the cause?

Also, when sending PM's with attachments, you have to click the 'attach me' button, or else it wont send the file (at least with me, I've had it happen several times)

i think we administrators should pinned about -1 messages that has been posted alot.
that bug is not going to kill you

Didn't realise that 'Messenger Count Sync' applied to me, and my other problem still stands. Meh whatever.
