Get an editor like X-tra Editor or I think SCM Draft also does this... Maybe not... In X-tra Editor though there is a little thing where is says you can just copy and paste the color into the text spot... simple

What editor are you using? Text can be changed color with X-tra, StarForge, and SCM Draft. Player colors are changeable with StarForge and SCM Draft. You could also use a hex editor if your computer dislikes third party StarEdits.

also what colours are you refering to?....if you mean the black ones that "sparkle" par say, they are in starforge numbers 17-23, you have to type it into the little box beside the colours.

If you use Starforge you can click a color, no copy and paste!

There was even a program devouted to colors alone.
Map Colors.exe.
Just remember that there are two different sets of colors. One for mission breifings and one for regular text colors. The color you are asking for is the regular text colors.

You know you could change colors for players in staredit campaign right?
but staredit campaign sux starforge is best, to me... but you will find it a little bit hard for the triggers if its the first time you use it.

I would suggest that you use the Xtra Editor, or SCXE for short. It's a good editor for beginning mapmakers.
