Where can i get a compressor for .wav programs so my maps arent huge files so it takes forever for people to download? And is there any sites where i can get more .wavs other than this site? Also is it possible to convert a .mp3 file to a .wav? If so where can I get the file?

For the compressor, use Microsoft's Sound Recorder. For finding .wavs, look at the tutorial.

For compression the Windows Sound recorder can help you. And for converting mp3 to wav jetAudio can help you. You can dowload it from jetAudio.com for free.
