Ok I Did Everything I Did Last Time I Downloaded The Comdlg32.ocx Puted In The System32 Folder And I Went To Run and Typed In the thing your pose to write I downloaded All The Required Files and When I run Starforge It Says That My Comdlg32.ocx is Expired or out of date. Can Someone Help me?

Search on your computer for all instances of that file. Delete all of them that have a modification date earlier than the one linked to from here.

ADDITION:
I think I know the Problem. Is There a webiste where I can update my Computer? Because My Sister Nuke The Computer Recently... I Got a Stealthbot and it said I was missing some .ocx files to.(A website that updates your ocx files or sometihng like that.)
