Why would it be best.
You could use extended terrain on any map which you wish to see some out of the ordinary location.
If you are meaning custom terrain, than simply look at basically any map out there now and it has some form of custom terrain.
And take time to spell things correctly, so you don't sound like you haven't graduated kindergarden.

well i think that custom terrain is more effective in RPGs. i wouldnt say its the best. what exactly is the point of this poll?

no clue what point it but i think its more of a better use on RPG but you could use it on a different type a map.
