The title explains itself. The idea is to prevent double-shouting beacuse the shout button dosnt disable once you click it, and when you shout, there is the habbit of clicking the button twice to view the refresh. The wait can be 5 seconds or something, but l double shouted twice and it made me look like an idiot.

It doesn't actually count for anything, I dont see why it matters. Only if you're mass spamming it.

It really doesn't matter. Your all time shouts only counts for what you did after 1 week. A week later, your shouts are gone, and it deincrements your total shouts
